📈  Better Data, Smarter Scheduling, and Total Control

We know that a successful connection doesn’t end when the match is made. it’s the feedback and the follow-through that really count. To help you get a clearer picture of your program’s impact and give admins more flexibility, we’ve rolled out a suite of updates designed to close the feedback loop.

Closing the Feedback Loop

Getting accurate data on who actually met is crucial for measuring engagement. We’ve introduced two new ways to ensure no meeting goes unrecorded:

• Cross-Platform Survey Sync: Previously, users who marked that they’ve met via the dashboard  did not receive the match survey in Teams or Slack. Now, at the end of every match cycle, we’ll automatically send a follow-up survey to those users to ensure their insights aren’t lost in the shuffle.
• Just-in-Time Check-ins: For teams using automated scheduling in Microsoft Teams, timing is everything. We will now automatically ask users if their meeting took place 2 hours after the scheduled time. It’s the perfect "nudge" while the conversation is still fresh in their minds.

Precision Admin Tools

We’re giving Admins more "manual override" power to handle those specific edge cases that pop up in a growing program.

Manual Group Re-Prompts

‍Ever had a user miss the initial setup for their match group? You can now manually re-send cross-group or intra-group membership questions to specific individuals directly from the Program Users tab. It’s a quick way to get everyone back on track without resetting the whole cycle.

Organization Self-Deletion
‍Accidents happen—like creating a duplicate organization during setup. You can now delete an organization directly within the Organization Settings tab.

Note: Use this one carefully! It’s designed to help you keep your workspace clean and focused.

Better Visibility into Opt-ins

Knowing exactly who is "in" or "out" shouldn't be a guessing game.

• Status at a Glance: You can now see the specific opt-in status for every user directly in the program user table.
• Seamless Joining: We’ve squashed bugs related to the opt-in period. Now, if a new user joins the program while an opt-in period is active, they will correctly receive the opt-in prompt immediately, ensuring they don't miss out on the next round of matches.

How to get started

1. Head over to your Users Tab to check out the new opt-in status column or re-send group questions.
2. Visit Organization Settings if you need to tidy up any duplicate organizations.
