Who counts as a user?

An active user is defined as follows:

1.  A user who is on a team with their match settings set to active.
2. A user who is on a team with coffee maker enabled.

If a user is part of multiple teams that have matching or coffee maker enabled, they are counted as a single active user.

Additionally, when a user leaves and is no longer a member of any matching or coffee-maker-enabled team, they will no longer be considered an active user.

How do I know your platform is secure?

We take security seriously as we understand that Teams store much of your organization's sensitive data. We follow strict security protocols and strive to go above and beyond the standards in the industry. Please read our Security Overview, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We are Microsoft 365 and SOC2 compliant.

What are the next steps for getting the enterprise package?

Our annual enterprise contracts start at 500 users and $15,000 per year.

Will I get automatically upgraded if I exceed my plan's user limit?

By default, we automatically upgrade your plan once you exceed the threshold. If you are on the annual plan, we will pro-rate your upgrade to the end of the current period. If you then decrease your user count, we will apply a credit to your account.

What happens if the number of team members exceeds 24 while on the Starter plan?

We will only match the first 24 people that join the team. We will continue to match those people and send you notice that you have exceeded the starter plan limit.

What currency are prices in?

All of our prices are in USD.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, you can install the bot right into teams without purchasing a subscription. You can match up to 24 users for free, forever.

We also offer a 14-day free trial for our Pro tier so you can match larger teams.

I only want to pay for my Team and not the whole organization.

Absolutely, create an account in the billing page of the dashboard and assign the team(s) that you wish to pay for. This will only consider those team's active users.

Do nonprofits, and educational institutions get special pricing?

We offer discounts for educational institutions and nonprofits. Please contact us at to get details on this offering.

Is the subscription billed monthly or annually?

We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions. If you upgrade from monthly to annually midway through your billing cycle you will receive a credit for your next cycle.

You can cancel your current plan at any time. You will still have access to the platform and matching for the duration of that cycle. After that billing cycle ends, you will not be charged again. We do not offer refunds on payments already made.

Do I need to input a credit card for the free trial?
