Now, you have full control over the conversation starters that appear on every match card. Whether you want to talk about favorite coffee orders or professional goals, you can tailor the experience to fit your team's unique culture.

Take Control of the Conversation

You can now create, edit, and delete icebreaker questions directly from your program settings. Add emojis to keep things lighthearted or craft specific prompts that align with your program’s goals.

Sequential Rotation

To keep things fresh, questions rotate sequentially through your list for every match cycle. This ensures that long-term participants always have something new and interesting to discuss with their matches.

Want to prioritize certain topics? Our new icebreaker functionality allow you to:

• Re-order with Ease: Use the drag-and-drop handles to arrange questions in the exact order you want them to appear.

• Reshuffle: Quickly mix up your list to provide a randomized experience for your participants.

• Toggle On/Off: Choose whether to include icebreakers at all with a simple "Yes/No" toggle in your program setup.

Pro Tip: Try adding questions related to your company’s values or current events (like "What's your favorite memory from the recent holiday party?") to make the matches feel even more timely and relevant.
