How does this birthday and work anniversary tracker work?
Paste or upload your team roster with a Name column plus a Birthday and/or Start date column. The tool reads the dates, computes the next occurrence of each birthday and work anniversary (including the years milestone, like "5 years"), and shows a next-30-days reminder list plus a year-at-a-glance calendar. You can export everything as an .ics calendar file, a CSV, or a printable PDF.
Is my team data stored anywhere?
No. Your roster is processed entirely in your browser — this tool has no server side at all. Nothing you paste or upload ever leaves your device.
What date formats are supported?
Most common formats: 2021-03-14, 3/14/2021, 3/14, Mar 14, March 14 2021, and 14 Mar 2021 all work. Birthdays do not need a year; start dates do, so the tool can compute "5 years at the company".
What about February 29 birthdays?
In non-leap years, February 29 milestones are placed on February 28, so leap-day birthdays are never missed.
How do I get these into Google Calendar or Outlook?
Download the .ics file, then import it: in Google Calendar choose Settings → Import & export → Import; in Outlook choose File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Import an iCalendar file. The file covers the next 12 months with correct milestone numbers, so re-import a fresh export once a year.
