Mentor Connect 🤝

Mentor Connect is a structured mentoring program built on 6-week cycles. Define mentors and mentees as two groups, and CoffeePals pairs them, re-matches after each cycle, and keeps the rhythm going so growth becomes routine.

How it works

1. You define the groups by role — mentors as one group, mentees as the other. Cycles run six weeks; pairings re-match after each cycle for diverse exposure.
2. Participants pick their group(s). People self-select which group they belong to from the options you’ve set up. Admins can also assign membership directly.
3. CoffeePals only forms pairs across groups — no one is ever matched with someone from their own group.
4. For anyone without a cross-group partner, you choose: skip them, add to an existing match, or form a random fallback pair.
5. Matches get an intro that names both groups so the context is clear before they meet.
