Learning Pathways is the companion to your Employee Learning Platform. Group people by what they’re studying — leadership, technical skills, personal growth — and let them meet regularly to compare notes and stay accountable.

How it works

  1. You define the groups by learning stream — leadership development, technical skills, personal growth, or any custom path that matches your platform.
  2. Participants pick their group(s). People self-select which group they belong to from the options you’ve set up — and if they’re in several, choose which one to match in for the current cycle. Admins can also assign membership directly.
  3. CoffeePals runs an independent match cycle per group on match day — pairs only form within the same group.
  4. Each match card shows the group context so partners know what they share.
  5. Anyone sitting out a cycle gets prioritised the next time their group runs.
