Book Club Connect runs your company book club on autopilot. Divide your readers into genre-based groups, pick a book every six weeks, then let CoffeePals pair members within each genre for discussions when the book lands.
How it works
- You define the groups by book genre — fiction, business, sci-fi, or whatever your readers care about. Each genre picks a book every six weeks, then meets in small groups to discuss.
- Participants pick their group(s). People self-select which group they belong to from the options you’ve set up — and if they’re in several, choose which one to match in for the current cycle. Admins can also assign membership directly.
- CoffeePals runs an independent match cycle per group on match day — pairs only form within the same group.
- Each match card shows the group context so partners know what they share.
- Anyone sitting out a cycle gets prioritised the next time their group runs.
